For my final month at the Green Energy Park I was busy in the studio much as possible.  I even got the participate in my first bronze pour ever! The foundry is powered by the methane gas from the landfill and from my understand it is the only one in the world.  I was surprised to see how smooth the bronze was in its molten state, it was look bright orange kool aid!  In total we poured 5 molds, I made three stamps for my glasswork and my dear friend/fellow artist Julie Boisseau made two.  here are some process shots..
I still need to put a nice wooden handle on them but I'm very happy with the outcome. cant wait to share with you what the final result looks like in glass!
